Our
Story

The Democratic candidates are Joseph Lamb and Regina Discenza. Joseph was a former Vice President of Finance and board member of a two hundred-million-dollar international company and was a C.P.A. Joseph graduated from Rutgers and attended Rutgers Graduate School of Business where he completed fifteen credits.

Locally Joseph organized a successful petition drive in Brick to let the voters decide if a Republican administration should purchase a dated ice-skating rink.

Joseph coached over four hundred basketball games at St. Dominics in Brick and was a Eucharistic Minister.

Joseph received a Secret Clearance at 18 years of age in the U.S.M.C., did two tours back-to-back in 1968 and 1969 and was promoted to sergeant.

Regina Discenza graduated from John Jay College in New York with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Regina has been a resident of Lacey Township for twenty-five years and has won two terms on the Lacey School Board. Regina has been attending school board meetings for 20 years.

Regina has been a public advocate for many years attending Lacey Township Committee meetings, Planning Board meetings, and Lacey Municipal Utilities Authority meetings. Mrs. Discenza takes the law seriously and holds public officials accountable for their spending of public funds.
